    • Well, Miss Redhead :-), our coats are waterproof in snow and drizzle, but if they get soaked, especially the wool undercoat, (this is why we snow pups usually don’t like to get into water past our knees) we are very very prone to skin problems like skin funk (actual name) because we need to keep our skin oils. This is also why many snow pups who are shampooed often get lots of skin issues. Anyways we are fur and wool and stay pretty clean like kitties. We even wash our legs like kitties! Woooooowoooooooooo

      • Thank you Kuruk! That makes lots of sense. Snow is very different than rain. And no one wants any skin funk for sure. I appreciate you telling me more about your beautiful fur.

  2. We don’t like rain (or snow) but I guess it is necessary. We like the way your leashes are twisted together, it’s a great idea for people walking two dogs. The picture of Ku sticking out his tongue made us MOL. Love, Cali, Andy, Tater and Shelly (C.A.T.S)
